Every class gets new weapons and armor pieces
Notable additions: Sabre of Tsasgal (Barbarian), Orphan Maker (Rogue), and Galvanic Azurite (Sorcerer)
Easier Progression:
Unique drop rates increased across all difficulties
No more Magic/Rare drops in Torment difficulty from Whispers and side quests
Better Helltide rewards in Torment difficulties

Major Class Changes
Barbarian: Walking Arsenal now grants Unstoppable instead of crowd control duration - much more powerful for survival
Druid: Tornado behavior completely reworked to seek targets better, Grizzly Rage nerfed but more manageable
Necromancer: Blood Lance and other skills buffed significantly, minions now properly respawn when you resurrect
Rogue: Twisting Blades damage reduced but Enhanced version buffed, Death Trap pull range doubled
Sorcerer: Lightning Spear, Fireball, and Crackling Energy all received substantial damage increases
Spiritborn: Major buffs across the board with new unique gloves and improved Spirit Hall mechanics
Infernal Hordes Improvements
Fewer but better Chaos Waves (reduced from 3-5 to 1-2 per run)
Higher base Aether rewards from basic activities
Material and Gold chests no longer have diminishing returns
Soulspires completely reworked to be more rewarding
Boss Fight Updates
Lair Bosses now use shield mechanics instead of invulnerability phases - break the shield fast enough and skip the immunity entirely.
Bottom Line
This patch focuses on making the game more rewarding and less frustrating. Expect better loot, more build variety with buffed Chaos Perks, and smoother boss fights. The Chaos content is more accessible while still challenging, and most classes received meaningful buffs to underperforming skills.
Best for: Players wanting more build diversity, better loot progression, and less tedious boss mechanics Watch out for: Some popular builds (like Tornado Druid, Twisting Blades Rogue) got nerfed, so you may need to adjust your playstyle.
